Our History
Apex Automation and Electric Inc., (AAE) was formed to be the central contracting company for both of our wholly-owned subsidiaries, AAE Automation Inc. and AAE Electric Inc. With the combination of these two businesses, we are the only company in Oklahoma that can service most of your industrial and commercial needs for control projects and general electrical contracting, (without the use of subcontractors). Our company is purpose-built to service the turn-key electrical project needs for customers in the industrial, power-generation, and oilfield markets.
AAE Automation Inc., (formerly Process Controls & Technical Services Inc.), has been in existence since 2004. Focused in panel building and automated controls, AAEA also operates in manufacturing asphalt equipment and the asphalt-parts business. Managed by Todd Fellers, AAEA is our one-stop solution for providing hardware, design services, and control programming.
AAE Electric Inc., (formerly Current Electric Inc.), has been in business for over twenty years. Operated by Jon Vaught, this company has been a quality service provider in the Oklahoma market. Focused on industrial, oilfield, and commercial electrical services, we have excellent experience in general electrical contracting, high and medium voltage switchgear installation, and controls installation/start-up assistance.
